Deaerator Tank

It is recommended to use a thermal deaerator to be installed on the condensate tank for all systems where the water remains uncirculated for 15 minutes or more, which is sufficient time for oxygen and corrosive gases to dissolve.
ISIMEK thermal deaerators consist of a deaerator dome and a deaerator tank. Deaerator tanks are manufactured from St37 carbon steel and insulated with 80 kg/m3 density, 50 mm thick rock wool, and galvanized/aluminum sheet.

The deaerator dome, in which the corrosive gases are separated from the water and released, is made of stainless steel and insulated with 80 kg/m3 density, 50 mm thick rock wool, and galvanized/aluminum sheet.
The deaerator tank has a capacity of 8 m³ with .. m³/h degassing dome and is insulated as a horizontal cylindrical type.  O² and  CO² gases which are occurring inside boiler feeding water are separated by types of equipment. The bottom tank and dome parts of these types of equipment have flange connections. Dome separators are manufactured from AISI304 quality stainless steel. Also directly steam heated. It is coated by  50 mm rock wool and clad with an aluminum embossed sheet. Degassing tank is together with the necessary equipment.
