Biomass Fired Hot Water Boilers

Isımek brand biomass boilers are in the capacity range of 500,000 kcal/h (580 KW) and 20,000,000 kcal/h (23,256 KW). We design and manufacture industrial-type fire-tube hot water boilers & water tube hot water boilers at 90 °C operating temperature.
We manufacture biomass-fired industrial type Hot Water Boilers and equipment by making use of solar energy, which is a 100% renewable energy source, with a GES (Solar Power Plant) with a capacity of 260 kW installed on the roof of the Isımek factory. Besides this, ISIMEK submits surplus energy for the use of our country
P235 GH and P355 GH quality sheet metal and P235 GH quality pipe are used in boiler manufacturing.
There are equipment and devices such as a moving grate, pre-furnace, stoker, multi-cyclone filter, recuperator, chimney fan, stack/chimney, bag filter, electrical control panel, PLC remote automation, and SCADA system.
Moving grate, Front furnace, Hopper, Multi-cyclone filter, Recuperator, ID fan, Stack, Jet pulse bag filter, Electric control panel, PLC remote automation system, Ground-type concrete or steel moving floor sawdust silo, and chain Chain elevator are within this system.
