ISIMEK branded Thermal Oil Boilers are used for heat transfer in industrial applications where low pressure and high temperature are required.

There are two types of thermal oil boilers, vertical and horizontal.

Thermal oil boilers allow us to reach high operating temperature of 300 °C under very low pressure such as 0-10 bar.

It is produced in capacities of 500.000 kcal/h and 20.000.000 kcal/h.

Isımek produces Biomass-fired Hot Oil Boilers by making use of solar energy, which is a renewable energy source, with the GES (Solar Power Plant) installed on its own factory roof, and again offers the surplus energy to the use of our country.

Moving grate unit, Front furnace, Hopper, Multi-cyclone filter, Recuperator, Stack, ID fan, Deaerator tank,  Economizer, Jet pulse bag filter, Furan and Dioxin Filter, Electric control panel, PLC Remote automation system, SCADA System, Ground Concrete or Steel moving floor sawdust silo and Chain elevator are types of equipment of the system.

It is manually and fully automatically controlled.

50% moisture content woodchips and sawdust can be fired with a moving grate unit.
