Industrial Type Biomass Steam Boiler with 20.000 kg/h Capacity & 16 Bar Operating Pressure.

The steam boiler system has a Cataflex filter within the Jet Pulse Bag Filter in order to eliminate harmful gases such as  Dioxin, Furan, and NOx.

Fuels: 50% Moisture Content Wood chips & Sawdust, RDF, Plastic, Wood barks, Tetrapak, furniture, and woodworking wastes

The steam boiler system has a moving grate unit, fully automatic and Remote PLC Scada controlled.50% moisture content woodchips fired.

It was designed, manufactured, and installed by ISIMEK in 2023, and it was set up at the customer's site in the Cellulose paper production factory in Romania and put into operation.
