Sawdust and woodchips are forming during the production process of sawmills, timber shearing, plywood, chipboard, wood processing, and furniture plants. Air suction with a high flow rate is required in such plants. All designed system is submitted to customer usage after installation and commissioning as in a turn-key solution. Dust collection and storage silos are manufactured at the desired capacity by taking care of enterprise growth. Silos are manufactured from 20 m³ to 500 m³ capacities according to customer requirements in various sizes and heights. Jet pulse filters are used in the filtration of fine dust which requires high efficiency while dusting retention. Air ducts are in the form of cylindrical and manufactured from galvanized sheets and spiral wound pipe. Sawdust and similar materials arising from woodworking and shearing machines are transported by dust collection lines to the appropriate storage area.
