Full automatic Steam boiler with 8 ton/hr capacity at 10 bar operating pressure and moving grate unit is manufactured in 2019 and commissioned earlier in January 2020. R&D, design, and the project was carried out by Isımek Technical Team. Sawdust, wood wastes, furniture wastes, pulper, and RDF can be burnt in our system. The system has pool type storage system, with a hydraulic agitator, screw/auger conveyor (from silo to belt conveyor), and a Belt conveyor (transfer to the boiler). The system has also a moving grate unit and hydraulıic push system.
