TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Storage tanks are manufactured in appropriate dimensions which obey customer requirements according to API standards. Our experienced cadres and certified craftsmen assemble silos at the site in a short time meticulously. Manufacturing Phases 1- Main construction works relevant with a tank for appropriate installation. 2- Manufacturing of asphalt storage tanks 3- Mounting of base coils for heating requirement 4- Heat exchanger manufacturing and mounting 5- Installing of plumbing and pipelines. 6-To insulate tank and pipes with trapeze galvanized sheet 7- To assemble asphalt pumps within the system 8- Thermal/Hot oil boiler manufacturing and system integration.
Isımek Makina and Boiler are designed in vertical and cylindrical form and installed in the appropriate working area of the customer according to the desired capacity.
It is produced at a height of 6000 mm -15.000 mm.
It is made of St 37.2-St 52 material.
After insulating with rock wool, it is covered with Galvanized.
Base coils are placed for heating needs.
